06 / FIRST IMPRESSIONS

Make The First Hello Count.

A phone system is often the first voice a customer hears. Good IVR feels clear, welcoming and easy to follow, even when the menu gets complicated.

DESIGN PREVIEW / GENRE DEMO REQUIRED

Telephony & IVR.

Share your call-flow script, pronunciation guide and preferred file specifications. I can help identify where menu wording or pacing might become difficult for callers to follow.

Before We
Record.

Every brief's a little different. These answers are a useful starting point.

Can You Supply Individual Prompt Files?

Yes. Provide your file naming convention and technical format requirements.

Can You Help Refine IVR Scripts?

Script review and production support can be discussed as part of the project brief.

Can you record new prompts to match an existing IVR system?

Yes. If you're updating an existing telephone system, send through the current recordings and technical specifications. I'll aim to maintain a consistent tone, pacing and delivery style so the new prompts sit naturally alongside the originals.

Can you record voicemail greetings and on-hold messages as well as IVR menus?

Yes. I can record telephone greetings, voicemail messages, automated menu options, on-hold announcements and other recorded telephone communications. The script and technical requirements will determine the recording and delivery scope.

How can an IVR voiceover sound professional without sounding robotic?

Clear wording, natural pacing and a welcoming delivery make a significant difference. I aim for a consistent, conversational style that helps callers understand their options without making the prompts sound overly formal or mechanical.
